Disability Coverage
Provides 60% of the employee's income above and beyond state disability benefits if the employee is unable to work due to an accident, sickness (including COVID-19), and even pregnancy. Benefits are paid directly to the employee regardless of what is or isn't covered by their state disability, health insurance, or other coverages. Payments can be used for any purpose including, but not limited to, paying monthly bills to help keep things going while the employee is out of work.
